Warranty

Garage Expressions provides a Lifetime adhesion warranty when our 4195-moisture blocking primer is used for residential garages. Residential garage floor warranties are transferable.  Two-year warranty for all commercial / retail / residential exterior projects / or Industrial applications.   In the highly unlikely event, our 4195 moisture blocking primer peels or flakes off your garage floor during the warranty period, Garage Expressions will repair the affected area.  Damage due to neglect, concrete spalling, or cracking, is not covered under warranty as these issues are out of our control and not product or installation related.  Our decorative flake process is installed by hand and appearance may be varied throughout.  However, our commitment is to achieve material consistency with a designer finish throughout 95% of your finished floor.  We cut in by hand and / or use blue painters’ tape to protect your baseboard, trim and walls.

Transferable warranties – Transferable warranties are only available to residential garages and are valid for two years after new homeomeowners close on the home.  New homwowners also will need to have in their possession, a copy of the contract/proposal.
